I received a basket arrangement and was told to give water to the flowers. Unfortunately the plastic bowl inside the basket was broken. I suggest another material as I think this happens easily with that kind of plastic. Apart from that, beautiful flowers and nice service. Thank you.

The floral arrangement is beautiful and not kitschy as flowers can often be. The delivery service was great, with at least two phone calls beforehand to check on my availability. Also, after 4-5 days, my flowers still look great.

Very satisfied---delivery was prompt and the delivery service called the recipient to ensure she was home to accept delivery. It's unfortunate that the preferred colour was unavailable---perhaps redesign of the web site to include pictures of colour options that the customer could click (rather than just typing ranked preferences)would make choosing a colour more effective.

The flowers and service from the store were great. The websystem could be improved, however. I would have liked an email confirmation of my order, however. I had doubts as to whether the order had been correctly processed until the day the flowers were delivered. An easy fix for you to do that. I will reorder because the service from the store itself is excellent - a five.

While I haven't seen the flowers we sent to my sister in the Ottawa General Hospital ~ she RAVED how beautiful the bouquet was we sent through Mille Fiore. I ordered 3 arrangements on the same day (2 Mothers Day and 1 BDay). 2 were delivered on the day I requested and were beautiful and I received email confirmation. The third I did not receive email confirmation so I checked the following day (Mothers Day) and my mother in law had not received her flowers so I called you and they were delivered late in the afternoon on Mothers Day and she said they were beautiful. I am glad the lack of email confirmation alerted me to the flowers not being delivered. Otherwise service was friendly and the flowers were beautiful.

The flower came at lunch and I was very surprised. The arrangment was really really nice. I had a slight problem with my lilies though, the were all dead about 6 of them. I did call and the lady was nice and said I could return them and get new one's. I would have gone to the store but realized that it was 30 minutes way so I just took the loss. The roses where amazing and the daisy.
